Outlook E-mail Text Appears Yellow...Solution
Friday February 19, 2010

Recently, a few of our clients had an issue where text in e-mails sent and received with Microsoft Outlook had yellow text (which is difficult to read!).

Here is a solution to the problem:

1. Go to Tools > Options > Mail Format > Stationery and Fonts > Personal Stationery.
2. Under "Composing and Reading Plain Text Messages" click the Font button. On the Font tab, change the Font Color to Automatic.
3. Under Personal Stationary, select "Theme" and make sure there is no current theme selected. If you leave it on "Blank" then it may continue reverting back to yellow font.

Hopefully this helps you (the reader) solve the issue if you are also encountering the same problems.
